It is the explicit policy of The Cowboy Cup LLC to comply with Oklahoma and local laws and regulations at all times, especially with regard to those governing the possession, purchase, sale, and use of cannabis.  By continuing to use this website, purchasing entries into the championship, or purchasing a vendor space at our event, you promise and attest that your actions in connection with this transaction, now and in the future, comply with said Oklahoma and local laws and regulations.  You further agree to indemnify The Cowboy Cup LLC and its owners, employees, and agents for any liability they may incur as a result of your action or inaction in violation of this promise, and to hold them harmless from any related liability that they would otherwise have to you.
